Talent Pool with Plymouth City Council

Exciting Opportunities

Talent Pool offers you the chance to work for Plymouth City Council. You can register your details, experience, knowledge, skills and availability for work. You don’t actually apply for a job as such. When one comes up your details will already be in the system so, if you're considered a suitable candidate, you’ll be contacted and invited to apply.

As the work offered is on a placement basis, Talent Pool is only currently open to Plymouth University undergraduate students.

Click the link below to go to the Plymouth City Council online recruitment page and get a login. Your University login details will not work on this site as it is operated by the Council. Make sure you use your University email address as this identifies you as a student at the University.

What can I expect?

When you register you will be required to complete and submit an online application form. You will be asked to provide information including your availability for work, details of your current degree course, your existing knowledge and experience as well as any work preferences you may have.

Specific placement opportunities will be advertised online as and when they arise. The frequency of placement opportunities is unpredictable, therefore please ensure you keep an eye on your email.
