Ticket information

Tickets for graduation are booked online.

Online booking for graduation usually opens around the start of August. However please note that the actual date is subject to confirmation.

The ticket price will include entrance to the ceremony marquee, a full colour programme, entrance to the post ceremony reception marquee with canapés and a glass of sparkling wine or fruit juice, and the free park and ride service from the George Junction Park and Ride at Roborough.

Useful information

Graduands are required to sit in
Guest seating is not reserved.
Students and their guests must be seated 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Tickets will not be posted and must be collected from the ticket table in the graduation lounge no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
If you, or any of your guests require special arrangements please indicate this when booking your tickets online.

Refunds

In order to obtain a refund on tickets purchased you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice in advance of your ceremony.

The graduation team will all be working at the ceremony venue so will be unable to take phone calls. Please therefore contact us by email including the following information:

• your name

• your registration number

• your telephone number

• the date and time of your ceremony

• whether you originally booked online or over the telephone

• how many tickets you would like refunded

Refunds will be made after the graduation ceremonies have concluded.
