The Plymouth Life Centre will be one of the country's leading centres of sporting excellence.
The £46.5 million project sees Plymouth's biggest ever investment in leisure facilities and underlines Plymouth City Council's commitment to getting more people into sport and improving the overall health and fitness of local residents.
As a partner, Plymouth University has secured exclusive use of some of the top class facilities within the Life Centre as well as membership discounts to all Plymouth University students.

The following times will be available at the Plymouth Life Centre for all Plymouth University students and staff. To enjoy your free swim simply take your university card with you to the Life Centre at the following times:

UPSU Clubs at the Plymouth Life Centre
Our UPSU clubs and societies will have additional exclusive usage of the pool for water polo, octopush, swimming and diving. We will also have use of the climbing wall, which is one of the biggest in Europe, and students enrolled on teacher training and sports science programmes will benefit from the centre, as the pool will be available for their practical studies.
