The Plymouth Sangha is a new Meditation group that began in September 2010.  We practise in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, and meet from 7pm to 9pm every Thursday at Plymouth Centre for Faiths and Cultural Diversity, 3a Watts Road, St Jude’s, Plymouth, PL4 8SE. The group is open to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. People of all religions – or none – are welcome to join us. Most evenings include periods of guided, silent and indoor walking meditation, a reading (often from one of Thich Nhat Hanh’s works) and dharma sharing.
