International Finance

This course is a one year Level 3 top-up course and is designed as a 'top-up' for students who have already successfully completed study equivalent to Level 2 such as a Foundation Degree, HND or an equivalent professional qualification.​

BA (Hons) International Finance

At Plymouth University we actively face the major changes occurring in accounting, banking and finance, enabling students to meet the needs of economic change and the increasingly extensive roles that practitioners in these disciplines face within the global financial community. This course is especially suited to those students who would like to pursue a career in accounting or finance. Continuation onto our specialist MSc Finance and general business. Masters is available upon successful completion of the top-up year.

Dr Khine Kyaw

Meet the tutor Dr Khine Kyaw

Dr. Khine Kyaw is Programme Manager for BA (Hons) International Financial Services and BA (Hons) International Finance (top-up).
 
Her current research interests include: International equity markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions. She is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy and Member of the Institute of Financial Services (IFS) Academic Community.

Finance

​Entry requirements

An equivalent to Stage 2 in any relevant Finance or Accounting. Students with an equivalent professional qualification are also considered. Plus IELTS of 6.0 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in listening, reading, speaking and writing).
