​General programme structure

Students who complete the programme gain a wider perspective on effective and efficient service provision. As a student you will reflect on and analyse contemporary issues in health and social care to enable you to contribute to the development, provision and promotion of evidence-based clinical practice. The programme prepares you to conduct research and evaluation at the cutting edge of occupational therapy.
 
This programme aims to link contemporary literature, theory and research with your current knowledge and expertise. You will be encouraged to reflect on and challenge current practice, applying your learning to your specific clinical field.

60 credits, essential modules are (20 credits):

One further Optional module can be taken from the Inter-professional Masters Scheme.
 

In order to achieve the full masters degree, you will need to complete a 60 credit research project in a related area of study (total 180 credits).
