TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT WITH PLYMOUTH UNIVERSITY

MEET THE TUTOR - RONG HUANGRong Huang

Professor Rong Huang is Programme Manager of MSc in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Plymouth University. She is also a Guest Professor in Tourism at Tianjin University of Commerce (China). Her research interests include international student travel, tourism marketing, and food tourism.

Professor Huang’s pedagogic research experience centres on tourism education, international student experience, internationalisation, and new academics.

Her recent work in these areas focuses on: ICT and tourism curriculum, the effective use of field trip in postgraduate tourism and hospitality education, the experience of new academics, international experience and graduate employability. ​
