Overcoming Exam Anxiety
It’s normal to worry about exams. In fact some adrenalin can help you to perform well. However too much anxiety can stop you from doing your best and can use up a lot of your energy, leading to tiredness, headaches and sleeplessness.
The good news is that you can learn to manage anxiety more effectively and strengthen your revision and exam skills.
This session will help you to understand and control your anxiety and suggest ways to help you relax and cope during exams. |

We can all feel stressed at times. When we feel stressed we know that it is having a negative effect on our well-being. To learn to manage stressful situations better and balance the competing demands of your busy life, come along to this information talk and find out what changes you need to make.

If you think that working on personal issues in a group is not for you we invite you to think again! It is normal to be apprehensive at the start but it can be very supportive to experience that you are not alone in struggling with a difficulty. Any personal material brought to workshops or groups is confidential and this is agreed at the outset.
