Find us on your campus

The Student Counselling Service is open throughout term-time and vacation periods. During the vacations, we do offer a reduced service, but at all times aim to be as flexible as possible. 

You can call in, phone or e-mail studentcounselling@plymouth.ac.uk for more information or to arrange an appointment with a counsellor.

Accessibility

Physical access

The Counselling Service on the main Plymouth campus is based at 4 Portland Mews. There is wheelchair access  to the ground floor, where there is Reception, one consulting room and adapted toilet facilities.  If you would like an appointment and need this to be in a ground floor room, please contact us on +44 (0)1752 587701 in advance and we would be happy to arrange this. If required, we can arrange parking for disabled students in a bay immediately outside the building.

We are committed to our service being accessible to all undergraduate and taught postgraduate students.  If there are any barriers to you using the service, please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements or adjustments wherever possible to accommodate your needs.
